The gospel of John and the epistle to the Romans was first published in 1996 by Vernon Publishing. This was done to test and see the response of the Albanian believers for the Albanian New Testament to be released two years later. The first edition was printed in 4000 copies and was distributed in some parts of Albania. The response by the Albanians was amazing.

In 1999 we decided to print the second edition of the gospel of John and the epistle to the Romans, which was published by a publishing house in Albania, Shtëpia Enciklopedike, Tirane. 20 000 copies of this red letter edition was distributed mostly to churches and among students in high schools in the major towns in Albania.  A considerable number of copies was distributed among the Albanians living in United States. At the moment we are printing 5000 copies more for the teams that are going to Albania during the summer of 2000. This current publication is sponsored by World Bible Society.
